How It Works

Complete our short gifting questionnaire with details about the recipient, including their interests, hobbies, age, preferences, the occasion, and anything we should avoid.
2. Pay your $100 concierge fee
Your service fee covers the personalized research, sourcing, curation, and coordination that goes into finding thoughtful gift options for your recipient.
3. Receive your curated options
Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive a handpicked selection of gift options based on your recipient, occasion, and budget.
4. Choose & pay for your favorite
Once you find the one, select your gift and complete payment for the retail price of the gift, gift wrapping, shipping, and applicable taxes.
5. We handle the rest
We purchase your selected gift, wrap it beautifully, and send it so it arrives Right on Time.
Pricing
Gift Concierge Service: $100
The concierge fee is paid upfront and covers:

- Order management from selection through shipment
The following are charged separately after you select your gift:
- Retail price of the gift
- Gift wrapping
